Brand new year coming up ahead

(I'm having fun in my favourite city right now but here's a self-scheduled post)

Today the whole city is in such a festive mood. Everyone is rushing around the shops with sparkling tinsels and bright wrapping paper, dropping in the nearest liquor store to buy another bottle of champagne. Is that enough? On the run people smile mysteriously and wish 'happy new year' to all the strangers, half of them is solemnly carrying fancy cake boxes with lush bows on them and everyone is waiting for miracles. Now I'm gonna lose myself in this illusory world too.

So if you read this, I want to thank you and wish you a very happy New Year! Hope everyone has a magical night! :*

All your dreams are made of strawberry lemonade

This is what I plan to wear tomorrow, on New Year's Day - ballerina pink sweater, shiny classic wide-pleated skirt, suede chelsea boots, some golden details and dark nail polish with cold pink lipstick. I like these chunky heels because they are so comfortable that I could have danced all night through and that is exactly what I need for New Year party ;)

And now I have to start packing as today in the evening I'm leaving for my favourite city and I'm happy as can be! When I get back there will be loads of pictures, I guess. So have a nice day everyone and don't forget it's the most wonderful time of the year!

Bells of Christmas

Baby's got a lazy day on Sunday

Sometimes I just want to listen to Bob Dylan, light candles, read Vian, eat chocolate and put on knee socks. I'm home alone, it's so good. My parents left for the countryside, there are flowers on my dresser, there's food in the fridge, a little money on the bank and Bob's singing for me. Oh, how I love those sweet days.

On a cold and frosty morning

Sad weather and I'm so sleepy. What have I been doing the past two or three weeks? I was lovesick, stopped drinking, complained about the weather, missed the sun, wanted summer to come back and stay forever, thought about my favourite city, thought about real friends, family and love, got sad, behaved like an idiot. C'est tout.

Presents

On my Birthday I was a little bit spoiled by all my friends and family and had a big smile on my face during the whole day. Here's what I got though the best things were not things on that day.

Do you remember my friend's place? She knows all my love for Alex Turner and so she's made this t-shirt for me! With her own hands, come to that!

And this illustration was made by my ex-boyfriend, the original picture you could have seen here. He told me the colours were inspired by the painting 'In Bed: The Kiss' by Toulouse-Lautrec however he's probably not aware that people on that painting are both female prostitutes.. Anyways, the colour scheme is really nice, isn't it?

Stay young

Today is my Birthday! And I got a perfect present from my parents - a Christmas trip to my favourite city. I can't wait to see it with all this music, lights and smell of ginger, cinnamon and tangerine. Just wonderful.
